Did King Cyclops mention that Hillary Clinton has a tin ear?
The foundation announced last week that it would no longer take foreign or corporate donations IF Hillary Clinton is elected.It will continue to solicit them until November 8th.
The logic of this self denying ordinance is that as the President any donations to the Family Foundation could be seen as an attempt to curry favor. Naturally one would not want foreign governments for both foreign and domestic corporations seen to have special access the president.
Apparently the Clintons did not see this as a problem while she was Secretary of State.In any event, if such donations could have the appearance of conflict or preference after she is elected why would they not have the same appearance in the three months before she is elected.In fact in this pre-election period there is a very great incentive for those who think they would get preference to get their donations in quickly.

The campaign cannot say it was not wall warned.This issue should have been dealt with before Hillary even announced a run for the presidency.it is a classic example of the Clinton families sense of entitlement and obliviousness to how things play to those of us in the he in the public without connections .

I am regularly and continually told that Bill Clinton is a political genius. I remain to be convinced. I know, I know he was elected twice. Then he was stupid enough to blow his second term by abusing a young intern. The genius that I perceive is that it is a brilliant strategy to have Ross Perot run as a third-party candidate against George H.W.Bush and then to have the imbecilic narcissist Newt Gingrich as your chief protagonist from the Republican side.
Bill's genius [Luck] is in the quality of his enemies.
