The New year

Truth be told, a combination of sloth, the “festive” season, a palace power outage and extreme cold have kept HRH away from his keyboard. 

But the greatest problem preventing pontification , bloviating and the imparting of great wisdom and truths has been the “you can’t make this stuff up” reality situation in the US.

Each time I have limbered up by watching yet another goal by Saint Kane and headed for the PC to declaim ,yet another outburst has “trumped” me [geddit?] with scenes beyond parody or satire.

 Before the Christmas break Republicans pass and celebrate a dreadful tax “reform” bill. Not just terrible economic policy but dreadful electoral politics. Billionaire donors and multi nationals rewarded and the voting base stiffed. It will come back to bite.

Then the Donald gets into a “my button is bigger than yours” spat with his loony mate in Pyong Yang.

Followed by Mannafort suing Mueller because he is”over stepping the bounds “of his mandate. That is he is investigating stuff that he doesn’t want investigated.

Meanwhile Prince bin Salman keeps arresting family members for ransom.Wounding but not killing--hmmm

Then the Persians take to the streets—we all missed that prediction—and show that the grip of the Mullahs may be less than meets the eye---at last?

Politicians, moguls and entertainment celebs finally begin to get their just deserts from the actions of a few brave women –belatedly supported by the luvvy establishment. Better late than never. The King hopes and believes that this does not stop at Hollywood, Congress, Parliament and   Wall Street but drills down to the factory, the shop floor and the union hall. You know who you are you bastards.

But everything   has been blown out of the water by the written word.””Fire and Fury “‘confirms everything we knew and more about Trump, Bannon, Javanka et al .Even his majesty had not guessed that Ivanka was so clueless and un self aware as to believe that ‘first woman president” was in her stars.

The book excerpts and leaks of course provoked the predictable outburst and law suit threats from the “Stable Genius” on Pennsylvania Avenue. Propelling it to the top of all the charts and to a three week back order on Amazon and at Barnes and Noble. It will bill the GREATEST first week takings in publishing history. So ironically appropriate.

The book has thus far led to a meltdown in the White House, the banishment of Bannon and his firing from Breitbart.A prophet without a land. No that does not prove there is a god.

To top it off the coalescing of the madness of King Trumpski and the demise of Harvey Weinstein et al has led to a media frenzy screaming for Oprah to run for president.Complete with clueless Ivanka tweeting her support of Oprah's condemnation of male predators.

So when was the King going to get a word in?

Never mind  I’ll skip commenting on the last couple of weeks and just take credit, reconfirm or make anew some predictions on my three most frequent topics.
