F.  After initial frozen shock there has been enormous push back💪 on  Barr's “summary”

·  "What authority did he have to give his”interpretation?  👊

 “Attempted usurpation. Should not be allowed to work”✊

• "What if Obama had appointed a guy a couple weeks ago,who                                         then exonerated him without making any information public?”😂
• “The Ministry of Truth assures you no obstruction.”👺
• "Four pages summarising 400 plus annexes !!?!🙈
• "Why is he redacting and withholding parts of report from congress?"🙍

G. THE LETTER ITSELF                  BARR Wrote:

Mueller "did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated” with Russia..and that he and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein “have concluded that the evidence developed during the Special Counsel’s investigation is not sufficient to establish that the President committed an obstruction-of-justice offense.”

               Very lawyerly 👎careful wording  contd…

• Mueller “ultimately determined not to make a traditional prosecutorial judgment,”       which left Barr to usurp the decision from Congress.
• Barr  noted  Mueller “sets out evidence on both sides of the question.”
• He  cited Mueller   “while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.”

·         If BARR felt that no charge be brought, why include that quote from Mueller?

·         Is it because of the volume of evidence Mueller amassed?

·         Is it because NOT exonerating Trump was a major Mueller finding?

·         Barr scrupulously bracketed the “T” in the following Mueller quote :

·         “[T]he investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.”

·         WHY  is this not a full sentence, by what was it preceeded ?

·         It’s anyone’s guess what those words might be.

Barr also indicated “During the course of his investigation, the Special Counsel also referred several matters to other offices for further action,” .He does not elaborate

 Eighty per cent of the citizenry  believe the entire Report should be released.☝

Cyclops would normally judge that when Eighty of Americans agree on something ,they are almost certainly wrong.😩
