• He hid behind the DOJ memo claiming that a sitting president could not face criminal charges because [s]he was too busy.
• There is no constitutional basis for this claim.
• It has never been litigated.
• The Supreme Court has not Endorsed this view
• It turns the President into a King--an unaccountable and potentially despotic one.
