Many of Cyclops readers have been puzzled by HRH apparent obsession with Wilbur Ross and wonder why.
Some will remember predictions that he will be indicted and may die in prison.

Cyclops is not obsessed,rather he sees WR as ,well not a metaphor,but an exemplar of the Trumpfski cabinet and inner circle---entitled,self absorbed,immoral,greedy and clueless on the countries real issues.

Those of you in the USA cannot have missed his statement this morning on the missed pay of government workers.The video clip has been all over the TV and the internet.Save for Fox news of course.For others please see the video in below. Marie Antoinette must be rejoicing as the mantle for insensitivity and stupidity passes.

Ross has had extensive business dealings with a slew of  Russian Mobsters  aka Oligarchs.
  • This includes Oleg Deripaska and Rusol.
  • Last week majorities in the Democratic House and the Publican Senate voted to condemn a sweetheart deal granted to Deripaskar by Steve Mnuchin[a whole other story on this winner]
  • The only Oligarch given specific relief from US sanctions
In 2013 Ross in concert with one of his Managed Funds bought a controlling interest in the Bank of Cyprus.The other major shareholders are all Russian "businessmen".

One of his first acts of ownership was to appoint as Chairman the recently deposed chief executive of Deutche Bank --Josef Ackerman.

While Ackerman's was CEO Deutche, not a single US bank would lend money to the Trumpfski empire.But
  • Deutche is estimated to have loaned Trump as much as $3 billion 
  • Trump's financial disclosures show that $364 remains outstanding till 2024  
  • To note to non bankers -that is an extra ordinary tenor.
  •  Deutsche Bank received a subpoena from Robert Mueller for bank records.
During Ackerman's tenure as chief executive, Deutsche Bank engaged in a wide range of financial misconduct          re New Yorker
  • Laundering $10 billion of Russian money through its offices in New York, Cyprus and Moscow.
  • To date the bank had paid over $12 billion in fines & penalties  to the U.S. and the U.K.
  •  Mostly relating to its Russian related business . 
  • Deutsche Bank's Moscow office was run by Andrey Kostin Jr. until 2011 when he was killed in a car crash  in a northern Russian forest.
Regulators have not released the details[who,what, where to whom] of Deutche money laundering.

It is pure coincidence that the money funneled to Mannafort from Deripaska ;Victor Yanukovich thug,mobster,murderer,traitor and President of the Ukraine 2012-14;and assorted Ukrainian and Russian "businessmen",went through the Bank of Cyprus while under the control of  der alter Wilbur as he is not affectionately referred to in Lublin ,Kiev,Donetsk or Odessa.

 In addition to the Bank of Cyprus stuff Wilbur 
  •   Brokered the sale to a Russian oligarch, hiding money in midst of a nasty divorce,of a                Trumpfski property next to Mar a Lago.
  •   Profit of $100+ million on cost of $3 million
  •   Ross held a stake in a shipping company Navigator .
  •   Navigator operates a lucrative partnership with Sibur,
  •   A Russian gas company part-owned by Kirill Shamalov,
  •   Husband of Putin’s daughter Katerina Tikhonova.
And on and on.
